DESCRIPTION:The final day of the Industry Training Workshop for the iCD 109th and 110th batches ended on an inspiring note. \nDr. Niroth Samarawickrama\, founder of iCET and a mentor with over 20 years of industry experience\, delivered an impactful session that resonated deeply with the students\, encouraging them to lead with purpose and confidence. \nThe day also welcomed two remarkable guest speakers – Mr. Raweendra Pushpakumara\, Principal of Sri Sumangala College – Panadura\, and Mr. Sandun Algewatta\, who shared valuable perspectives on leadership\, discipline\, and personal growth essential for navigating today’s professional world. \nA heartfelt thank you to all the speakers who played a key role in shaping and inspiring the next generation of software engineers.
